Installation and debugging
⑴ Use tools with insulating sleeves such as pliers. Using uninsulated tools can cause the battery to short-circuit, heat or burn, damaging the battery.
⑵ Do not place the battery in a closed room or near a fire source, otherwise it may cause an explosion or fire due to the hydrogen gas released by the battery.
⑶ Do not use diluent gasoline, kerosene or synthetic fluid to clean the battery. Use of the above materials may cause the battery case to rupture, leak or catch fire.
⑷ When handling batteries with a volt or higher voltage, take safety measures and wear insulating rubber gloves, otherwise you may suffer an electric shock.
⑸ Do not place the battery in a place where it may be flooded. If the battery is immersed in water, it may burn or cause electric shock.
⑹ Please handle it slowly when removing the battery. Do not allow the battery to rupture and leak.
⑺ When installing the battery on the equipment, try to install it at the bottom of the equipment for inspection, maintenance and replacement.
⑻ Do not move the battery while it is being charged. Do not underestimate the weight of the battery, as careless handling may cause injury to the operator.
⑼ Do not cover the battery with materials that can generate static electricity. Static electricity can cause fire or explosion.
⑽ Use an insulating cover on the battery terminal connection piece to prevent injury from electric shock.
⑾ Battery installation and maintenance require qualified personnel. An operation like that by an unskilled person could be dangerous.
Precautions before use
⑴ Ensure adequate insulation measures between and around the battery and equipment. Inadequate insulation measures may cause electric shock, short circuit, heat, smoke or combustion.
⑵ If the charger is used for charging, directly connected to the DC power supply may cause the battery to leak, heat or burn.
⑶ Due to self-discharge, the battery capacity will slowly decrease. Recharge the battery before use after long storage.
Precautions for use environment and safety
1. Lead-acid batteries are used in workplaces with good natural ventilation and an ambient temperature of ℃.
2. Lead-acid batteries will be very safe when used under these conditions. They have good conductive connections, are not seriously overcharged, do not directly radiate heat sources, and maintain natural ventilation.
Installation Precautions
1. The battery should be away from heat sources and places prone to sparks. The safe distance should be greater than Gas and corrosive gas environments.

⒋Due to the high voltage of battery components, there is a risk of electric shock. Therefore, insulating tools should be used when loading and unloading conductive connecting strips. Insulating gloves, aprons, and protective glasses should be worn when installing or handling batteries. During the installation and transportation of the battery, only non-metallic slings can be used, and steel wire ropes cannot be used. Dirty connecting strips or loose connections can cause the battery to spark or even damage the battery pack. Therefore, you should carefully check and remove the dirt on the connecting strips during installation, and tighten the connecting strips.
⒍Battery batteries with different capacities and performances cannot be used interconnected. Before installing the terminal connector and connecting the battery system, the total voltage and positive and negative poles of the battery system should be carefully checked to ensure correct installation.
⒎The battery casing cannot be cleaned with organic solvents, and carbon dioxide fire extinguishers cannot be used to extinguish battery fires. Fire extinguishers such as carbon tetrachloride can be used.
⒏When the battery is connected to the charger or load, the circuit switch should be in the disconnected position, and ensure the correct connection. The positive electrode of the battery is connected to the positive electrode of the charger, and the negative electrode is connected to the negative electrode.
